My Experience At Ruff 'n'Tumble

Working with Mrs. Adenike Ogunlesi at Ruff 'n' Tumble was just horrible and as expected it was short-lived.



I see her speaking at events, motivating entrepreneurs and smiling all through like an angel. I read about her in the news and all the positive things they have to say about her and I wonder if this is the same person. I mean, how can people have two faces?

I do not want to even begin to describe her attitude but in one-word, just NASTY. I always prayed not to encounter her at work each day. She must think that's what being a BOSS is all about. SMH....

Workers snitch on each-other to stay in her good books. Everybody is always on "pretend mode" whenever she is around and behind her, you hear the real stories. Some people have been there long enough but the bulk of her workers do not last so recruitment is always ongoing.

Quite sad!
